I am a professional gardener. I am a keen runner. I would regard myself as very fit. I am 58y old.

Week 1: (12 Sep to 19 Sep 2025)

Fri 12th : Lunchtime, Fell off steps ladders backwards, no knock to the head but probably whiplash effect.

Possible constipation next day, normally regular.
30 hours later for 5 mins thought I was going to pass out, was sat down watching tv, then i was fine again. Headaches on that Saturday on and off (never ever have headaches!) Headaches continued during the week on and off.
What I did notice was that my blood sugar seemed to crash very easily and this feeling was profound. Also quite severe vertigo.

Sun 14th: Ran for an hour
Mon 15th: felt a bit rough, headache on and off
Tue 16th: 4 hours gardening, pretty strenuous

Prob felt rough so didn't work for 8 days, vertigo, headaches, blood sugar lack of good control

Week 2: (19 Sep to 26 Sep 2025)
11h garden work 24th to 26th - vertigo, headaches, blood sugar lack of good control

Week 3 to 7: (26 Sep to 27 Oct 2025)
35h garden work in 4 weeks (av 8h approx a week so not much)
1.5h single run
Felt rough after working but this might only come on a couple of days after working. Visited A&E due to feeling like going to pass out.
